This allows approximately 500 emails to be stored in your mailbox (including subfolders).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">To free up space and allow further incoming messages, you can perform the following tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Empty your &#8216;Junk&#8217;, &#8216;Spam&#8217; and &#8216;Trash&#8217; folders of unwanted emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save important emails to your computer or hard drive and then delete them from your mailbox <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uQ45G6zoM1U&amp;t=1s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">see video tutorial<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request an increase to your email quota &#8211; available in 500MB increments <em>(extra charges apply).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;550 mailbox quota exceeded error&#8221; is triggered when the email account is full.
