Depending on the changes you require, you may be able to undertake the changes yourself.
Change Password
To change your password:
- Login to your email account online.
- Click your email address at the top-right.
- Click ‘Password and Security’.
- Enter your new password and click ‘Save’.
If you are unable to access your email account and would like to reset your password, please raise a support ticket.
Change Email Address
Changing you email address is not recommended but may be required for a number of reasons. To ensure you still receive emails from your previous address, an email forwarder can be set-up.
If you wish to change your email address, please raise a support ticket.
Change Mailbox Quota
If you require more space for your email address, we recommend deleting emails that are no longer required in the first instance.
If you wish to increase your mailbox quota, please raise a support ticket.
