How do I submit a new support ticket?

If you can’t find a solution for your issue on our Knowledgebase, the process to open a support ticket is very quick and easy.

Follow the simple steps below to open a support ticket.

  • Visit the Support Ticket Portal (opens in new tab)
  • Login using your Customer Area details (if prompted)
  • Click ‘Create a New Ticket’.

You will then be provided with a form to submit details about your issue as follows:

Subject – Title / brief outline of your issue (e.g. New email address required)

Ticket Details – Description of your issue, providing more detailed information and desired outcome

Attachment – Attach files to provide more information (optional)

Related Product/Service – Support category your issue is related to – click here for support category descriptions.

Priority – Timeframe to action your request (‘Normal’ is the default option).

Click ‘Create Ticket’ and you’re all done!!
