I’ve set my emails up on my device, but can’t send or receive.

If your email address was set-up by the device automatically (from your email address the device was then able to search for your settings), a common error can occur when the correct settings are not applied.

Please re-check your settings against those in your Website Handbook or by logging into your email online, click on ‘Settings’ and then ‘Configure Mail Client’.

If you still are experiencing issues with your email, please raise a support ticket.
